    At the Boudin Museum & Bakery, view a compelling array of historic photos, artifacts and interactive exhibits. Discover the history of Boudin, the events and personalities surrounding its origin and the art and science behind Original San Francisco Sourdough. Then, watch as flour is pumped at high velocity from the on-site silo directly into the mixer, and as the dough is tossed from the mezzanince to the ground floor where it is hand finished and baked.

    Enjoy a bread and spread tasting, followed by Clam Chowder in a Bread Bowl before crossing the street to the world famous Wax Museum, where you will tour over 275 life like wax figures from famous Movie Stars, Sports Heroes, World Leaders and, of course, the Chillin' Chamber of Horrors.
